Do I get a first article on every order?
A first article or a certificate of conformance is prepared when the RFQ asks for it. Say that on the RFQ. It is not added silently.

Does device work add another certification?
Device and dental programs are described on the industry page. The certification on this page is ISO 9001. Scope beyond that is confirmed on the RFQ.
